Why  Do  Some  Insist  We  Should  Keep  the  Law  ,

the  LORD  JESUS  kept   the  law  of  GOD  in  full  to  set  an  example  not  to  follow  ,  there  is  no  NT   text  to  say  so ,  even  the  old  testament  saints  could  not  keep  it,    the  law  was  a  test   to man  to  show  he  can  not  reach  GODS  level  ,  mans  fallen  image  away  from  God  found in Genesis  ch  3  v  6  ,  the  old  testament  times  was  known  as  the  old  dispensation  the time  of  the  law  ,  but  this  changed  after   Jesus  arose  ,  from  then  till   He  comes   to  take  His  loved   ones  away  from  this  earth  called  the  time  of   grace ,  faith  &  grace  is  a  gift   we  given  to  live  by ,

the  new  testament  commands are  very  different  to  the  OT  and  much  more  than  that  JESUS  himself  is  our  standard , many  might  be  missing the  moral  glory   of  CHRIST ,  if  you  read  John  1  v  17    ch  7  v  19a   Acts 13  v  39  Gal  2  v  16  ch  3  v  11   and  Romans  ch  3  v  28  best  read  in Y  L   translation,  you  should  see   its  all  of   grace  that  we  live  by

if  you  read  Acts  5  v  29   its  very  different  the  brethren  then  put  GOD first,   as  we  most  often find  the  things  of  GOD  and  man  clash

as  John  the  baptist  found  ,

the  quote   the  law  is  an  ass  is  always  true  ,  what  we  also   find   the  word  law  in  many  places  of  the  NT  could  be  far  better  rendered  ,

i  love  the  av  bible  and   youngs   translation  ,  the  very  often  word law  in  the  N T  has  caused  many  to  dwell  on  law  rather  than  grace  ,    stuck  in  the  mud  as  is  quoted  ,  pride  will  not  study  the  ways  of  GOD  in  the  new  testament  patten  ,  there  is  no   perfect  or  better  translations   of   the  sacred   bible  than  i  quoted  ,  but  with  careful  study  and  pray  and  reading  good  sound  christian  books  and    good  teaching    hard    to  find  now  a  days  you can  overcome  ,   there  is  plenty   of  sound  ministry  on  the  net  to  here  ,

i   have  never  been  convinced   to  keep the  law  of  GOD  as  i  cant  will  not  try  ,  but  good  news  by  GODS  grace  helps  me  to  triumph  though  faith  and   by  grace    to  overcome , as  the  law  never  made  us  perfect,    but  by  faith  and  grace  we  can  abound  over  sin     better  still  let  JESUS  be  your  standard  in  everything  ,  in  and  of  our  selves   we  will  always   fail   even  the  law  cant  help  us  but  blight   us  , and  if  you  make  the  law  as  your  mark  its  still  far  less  than  CHRIST  oh  dear  thats  bad   news ,   CHRIST  JESUS  is above  the  law  is  HE  your  mark   , by  trying  to  keep  the law  is  pride  by  contending  for  the  faith  is  GODS  will as  to  bible  translations  i  have  seen  many  morden  that  actually  frighten  me  and  i  can  not  recommend   them      by  any  means   ,  a   true  genuine  believer  will  dig  into  the  av  and  youngs   ,  3  times  in  the  NT  it  says  we  not  called  to  be  slothful  but   faithfull, JND  did    a  bible   translation  but  his  far  better  works  are  his  writings   on  the  bible.
